Ledaal Teppeveveri

Cathrine Hærem is the third generation weaver in a family that have followed tradition as well as gone new paths. They started in 1949 and their first commission was from Ledaal (the King's residence when in Stavanger and Aleksander Kiellands home) and so the company got a good name. Below you can see some of the thread that goes into the carpet. It is wool spun around jute, and the warp is made from linen. This gives carpet that is incredible strong and do not wear out easily. You can have them in any colour and size. You can visit them here.
