Why should college students exercise?
Now that I have your attention, why should college students exercise? Don’t worry I am not going to be predictable and tell you it is because of the “freshman 15,” even though this is can be good motivation for some people. Believe or it or not but the real reason college students should exercise is so they can stay healthy. Exercising is a great way for students to stay active and stay healthy.
