PSAT and the National Merit Scholarship

The PSAT or the practice SAT is given to every student at their high schools during the fall of their 11th grade year. The PSAT is the first step in a student's course towards preparing for college entrance tests as well as hopefully jumping on the course to the National Merit Scholarship.
