My husband works at CONOCo in Tananger, they have a nice gym, spinning room, sauna and Swimming pool. These days with a lot of obese and fat people, it is very good to have this function. The photos show a litle of the gym and the spinning room. COPNo also have health campaigns for its employees, this is laudable. My own family have started using the Wii Fit to great success, I have written a bit here.
